This is a fantastic resource for the community. Affordable rooms for people. They do a good job of keeping the place clean. We need more resources likes this in the community.

Can't be the prices here. Owners are really great people. Hands down best price per location in the entire city.

This place is for people trying to keep warm, especially for people experiencing homelessness. Claiming “this place needs to be demolished and put somewhere else in the city” is exactly what happened to the native americans, pushing them further and further out. The location is accessible to many people and the city has repeatedly blocked them from doing some of the upgrades they’re trying to do. The city wants to demolish this entire block but it’s a place that’s better than the streets. Beg bugs means nothing to people that are trying to not freeze to death.

The room is basic. Twin size bed, an light source, and an outlet and an few hangers. Thankfully I haven't seen any bugs! 4/10. Right in the heart of Downtown!! 10/10. 24 hr front desk service, must always return keys upon leaving. 6/10 Bathroom is also basic. Three toilets, Three sinks, and two shower heads.. bring shower shoes!! Other than that. Surprisingly, the restroom is kept up. Not the Ritz-Carlton. But an True Blessing to have an place like this hotel, at this here prime location Downtown that offers rooms for such reasonable price.. stay Blessed, Stay positive, And give back whenever you can. Overall score 6/10.

Provides an essential service to people who would otherwise be on the street, victims to a city that cares more to build high rises and the prisons across the street rather than helping the homeless community in Chicago.
